In Gainesville, it is pretty hard to celebrate it. But in the bigger cities with chinatowns you get the feel and the liveliness.

If you have a chance go to some chinatown near you. You will have a great and crazy time. Also just eat anything that is offer to you, just don't ask what it is made of. ;-)
