Invasion of the Roofies
The door bell for the house rang around 0800 hours so I ignore it. Why? Because damn it I am a college student and it is darn 0800 hours!!!
Woke up thinking that I have a pounding headache, but it turnout that the roof people that our landlord promise us a year ago are finally here pounding the crap out the roof and tearing it a new one, literality.
Taking a look at the invasion outside I shudder. My car is block in and parts of the roof was flying here and there. I heard spanish quickly whisper on all corner of the roof and I say to myself "I am surrounded by mexican!!!"
So guys I am currently arm with a laptop, Sports Illustrated Swimsuite 2005 edition, a 1/3 full bottle of Acqua Di Gio by Giorgio Armani, two rolls of 2003 Christmas present wrapping paper, a business law book, a legal copy of the movie Drop Dead Gorgerous, hardcover book of Revenage of the Sith, Swimsuit Issue of 2005 of Campus Talk and a can of Pepsi. I ask myself what would Macguver do? Jean-Luc Picard? James T. Kirk? A-Team? Jesus? typical chinese guy?
Please send food and water. I don't know how long I can hold out.
Because I am out of cell phone minutes; using my cell phone now as a beeper and caller ID. I now only answer the phone if drop dead gorgeous women are on the other end. Because you know...I just need the necessities of Life right now.

haha....I had the same thing happen to me last week....with the roofers at 8am....why do they always come sooo early...have some respect some people do sleep! I heard the herd on my roof and ran out not realizing why people were on my roof so being a girl in my PJ's I had about 20 mexicans standing in my front yard staring at me. I quickly slammed the door and ran back in!
