Logan's Run
Current workout:
3 miles a day; six days a week. Rest on the seven day.
Work out after the run; five days a week.
Wanted: A running partner and/or a workout partner.
I am not sure what cause me to run a lot these days. One thing I know for sure is that once I start jogging my brain shuts down and next thing I know I am a mile or two from where I started before re-gaining couscience again. I guess it is just that jogging let me not think about things that has been on my mind for a mile or two.
Just last night I bump into a friend I have not seen for a year.
She was wearing a t-shirt with the chinese charactor meaning courage.
The first thing she did was to look me straight in the eyes and ask me is "How do you truely feeling these day?"
This stuck me a bit harder than I expected.
"Lonely" was my reply.
